These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of hellospan.com (the “Site”), operated by HelloSpan (“HelloSpan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our services
HelloSpan provides an AI phone receptionist and related follow-up and database reactivation services for roofing companies. The Site provides general information about those services. Any paid services are governed by a separate written agreement, order form, or proposal between you and HelloSpan. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
Pricing
Our standard pricing is a $497 one-time setup fee plus $225 per month. Prices shown on the Site are for general information and may change. Your price, billing terms, and any cancellation terms are confirmed before you sign up.
Communications and SMS
If you submit a form and agree to be contacted, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Demo line
Our demo phone line is answered by an AI receptionist for demonstration purposes. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Please don’t share sensitive personal information on a demo call.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, sending spam or automated submissions, interfering with the Site’s operation, or trying to access systems you are not authorized to access.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by HelloSpan or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party services, such as our scheduling page. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business results from using the Site or our services.
Limitation of liability
